The creators of Backtrack have officially released their latest Linux distribution called Kali Linux.  It is similar to Backtrack having all the pentesting tools pre-installed and ready to use.  The main difference with this release is that it is Debian based.  This allows any of the tools to be called from anywhere in the directory structure instead of having to navigate to each tools specific directories.
